New organization in Sensys Gatso Group

The operations of Sensys Gatso Group is organized into two separate business units:
Business Unit Systems which consists of the entire systems organization, consisting mainly of the existing operations in Sweden and the Netherlands as well as the sales offices in Germany, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. The unit has 130 employees and will be headed by Göran Löfqvist - Executive Vice President Systems. Göran has been working at Sensys Traffic AB in 15 years, most lately as head of R&D.

Business Unit Managed Services which includes Sensys Gatso Group's American operations, Gatso USA, as well as the development of new managed services business in selected markets. The unit has approximately 50 employees and will be lead by Timo Gatsonides, Executive Vice President. Timo Gatsonides was Managing Director of Gatso Beheer B.V. prior to the merger with Sensys Traffic AB, and is a grandson of Gatso's founder.

In addition to the Business Units the organization has the following two central units:
Finance & Administration which is headed by Niki Gatsonides - Chief Financial Officer, is Sensys Gatso Group's finance department including administration. Furthermore, Sensys Gatso Group's Australian operations with approximately 20 employees, is reporting to Niki, who was previously Finance Director at Gatso Beheer B.V and is also a grandson of Gatso's founder.

Corporate Development which is run by Johan Frilund - Executive Vice President, covers strategy, mergers & acquisitions and communication. Johan has been the CEO of Sensys Traffic AB until May 2015 and is the main architect behind the acquisition of Gatso and is also responsible for the post-merger integration project.
Sensys Gatso Group's management team consists of Johan Frilund, Niki Gatsonides, Timo Gatsonides and Göran Löfqvist as well as the group CEO Torbjörn Sandberg.
