Sensys Gatso expands Saudi Arabia presence with fixed speed and in-vehicle orders valued at SEK 36.5 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions built on trusted innovation, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Saudi Arabia, has received orders from its customer Tahakom for fixed speed and in-vehicle systems valued at USD 3.7 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 36.5 million, with deliveries expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The order for the fixed speed systems marks a significant milestone for Sensys Gatso by broadening the product portfolio supplied to Tahakom. It required the passing of multiple rigorous test scenarios to demonstrate the accuracy and reliability of the solution in a demanding environment. The order also includes installation and potential relocation services.
The in-vehicle system order expands the large fleet of systems previously procured by Tahakom, highlighting the effectiveness of Sensys Gatso’s market leading in-vehicle solution. Support and maintenance of the new in-vehicle systems will occur under the maintenance agreement with Tahakom announced in January 2025 and subsequently extended. Providing this service in Saudi Arabia demonstrates Sensys Gatso’s commitment to support through local service and content, building on the 2024 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tahakom.

Initial deliveries of the fixed speed and in-vehicle systems are planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Sensys Gatso continues to actively monitor political developments in the MIddle East that could impact logistics and operations in the region and extend deliveries into 2027.
