Sensys Gatso Australia receives contract extension of maintenance services for traffic safety systems from the state of Victoria, worth SEK 21 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia, has received an order to the value of AUD 3 million, corresponding to SEK 21 million to extend the TRaaS maintenance of existing systems until the end of 2024 from the Victorian Government.

Sensys Gatso raises the revenue expectations from the Dutch procurement contract from SEK 250 million to SEK 400 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Netherlands, has now started deliveries under the procurement contract that was announced on 18 March 2022. Under this contract Sensys Gatso will supply, operate and support fixed systems for speed and red light enforcement in The Netherlands. The Dutch Public Prosecution Services (Openbaar Ministerie) will replace the existing automated traffic enforcement infrastructure before the end of 2024 with additional investments in systems during 2025. The Dutch government has budgeted a total project value of EUR 74 million. Sensys Gatso expects that 50% of the total project will be allotted to Sensys Gatso and therefore raises its revenue expectation from EUR 25 million to EUR 37 million or approximately SEK 400 million.

Sensys Gatso receives an order from North Africa worth SEK 8,7 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety systems, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Netherlands, has received an order for in-vehicle based traffic enforcement systems spare parts worth EUR 754 thousand, corresponding to SEK 8,7 million, from North Africa.

Sensys Gatso receives a seven-year TRaaS contract for traffic safety in Bensalem worth SEK 22 million, expanding the footprint in Pennsylvania

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary, Sensys Gatso USA, has executed a seven-year base-term automated red light enforcement contract with the Township of Bensalem, PA. The contract is estimated to be worth up to $2.1 million (USD) corresponding to SEK 22 million. The program will include red light enforcement systems and is anticipated to begin in early fall.

Share issue in Sensys Gatso Group

Sensys Gatso Group has, in accordance with the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2023, resolved on a directed share issue to Erik Penser Bank who acted as guarantor in connection with the reverse share split. Erik Penser Bank provided shares to the shareholders whose shareholding on the record date was not evenly divisible by 80. In total, Erik Penser Bank provided 8,152 shares. The Board of Directors has today resolved on a new issue of 8,152 shares in order to compensate Erik Penser Bank. The share issue has been carried out free of charge and an amount of SEK 32,608, corresponding the quota value per issued share, has been transferred from the unrestricted equity to the share capital.
