Sensys Gatso Australia receives contract extension for the provision of maintenance services for mobile camera systems from Serco Traffic Camera Services in Victoria, worth SEK 74 million

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia, has received an order to the value of AUD 12 million, corresponding to SEK 74 million to extend the existing TRaaS maintenance of existing vehicle-based mobile camera systems until the end of October 2029 from Serco Traffic Camera Services.
This announcement is a separate contract and in addition to the previous release made on 5 August 2025, whereby Sensys Gatso advised the signing of a new contract directly with Serco Traffic Camera Services to provide trailer-based, mobile camera systems in an “as a service” model through its Victoria-based subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia (SGA).
For clarity, both the previously announced contract for new trailer-based mobile camera services and today’s release regarding extended maintenance services, including contract durations and values expressed, reflect SGA’s direct contracts with Serco Traffic Camera Services, not the State of Victoria.
The TRaas order announced today provides for the maintenance and support of vehicle-based mobile camera systems operated by Serco Traffic Camera Services and deployed in the State of Victoria. This order is the second of multiple extension options available to Serco Traffic Camera Services and extends the current maintenance and support agreement until the end of October 2029.
SGA’s Managing Director Enzo Dri comments: "The extension of this existing TRaaS agreement shows the flexibility of Sensys Gatso commercial engagements and enables the ongoing provision of a high uptime support solution for the in-vehicle traffic safety systems deployed in the State of Victoria. We are pleased to be able to provide these services through Serco Traffic Cameras Services to support the State to change driver behaviour and improve safety on the road network for the community."
