Sensys Gatso Australia Signs SEK 29 Million Contract Expansion with South Australia Police for the Supply, Installation and Support of Additional Traffic Safety Systems

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, through its subsidiary Sensys Gatso Australia, has signed a contract expansion with the South Australia Police (SAPOL) with a value of AUD 4.7 million, or approximately SEK 29 million. The agreement includes additional supply, install and support services for new systems to be installed in 2026 and 2027. It is an expansion of the contract recently announced in August 2025.
SAPOL's objective is to deliver safer communities, including regulating road use, preventing vehicle collisions, and promoting safe driving practices. Sensys Gatso Australia supports this objective and will provide Automated Traffic Enforcement systems at intersection and pedestrian road crossing locations in the State of South Australia. Installations will occur progressively in 2026 and 2027, with subsequent ongoing maintenance support for the duration of the contract term. This additional contract value totals AUD 4.7 million, with AUD 3.7m as System Sales and AUD 1m as TRaaS (TRaffic Enforcement as a Service) maintenance and support.
