Sensys Gatso has decided to fully provision on an outstanding receivable to the amount of EUR 1 million regarding project deliveries in the Middle East from 2016.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received an order for in-vehicle based traffic safety systems worth SEK 10 million from its partner KTC International Co. in Qatar.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Gatso USA, received an award from a village in Ohio to provide an automated speed enforcement program.
The 5-year contract has expected sales of USD 125 thousand annually, corresponding to SEK 5 million over this contract period.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, appointed Simon Mulder as new CFO and Joris Lampe as CCO.

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received an order worth 39 MSEK (corresponding to 4 MEUR) from the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket).

Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has through its subsidiary Gatso USA, been selected to provide an automated speed enforcement program to a village in Ohio. The 10-year contract has expected sales of USD 700 thousand annually, corresponding to SEK 60 million over this contract period.

In accordance with the annual general meeting’s decision, the chairman of the board of directors has convened a nomination committee for the annual general meeting 2018.

Ivo Mönnink, CEO at Sensys Gatso Group AB has through a management company bought 1 247 615 shares in Sensys Gatso Group AB.

As previously announced, the number of shares and votes in Sensys Gatso Group AB has changed as a result of the recently completed rights issue in the company.
