Sensys signs contracts worth at least SEK 110 million with the Swedish Transport Administration
SENSYS Traffic AB and the Swedish Transport Administration have signed multi-year contracts for the delivery of measurement systems and measurement cabinets for traffic-safety cameras. The contracts are estimated to be worth up to SEK 550 million, and at least SEK 110 million.

SENSYS Traffic AB has received a procurement award decision from the Swedish Transport Administration stating that Sensys has won the procurement contract for new measurement cabinets for traffic-safety cameras in Sweden. The decision may be appealed during a period of 10 days. The overall value of the contract cannot be currently quantified.

SENSYS Traffic AB has been notified of a procurement award decision from the Swedish Transport Administration stating that Sensys has won the procurement contract for new traffic-safety cameras in Sweden. This decision may be appealed during a period of covering the next 10 days. The contract concerns systems to a value of at least SEK 110 million.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sensys Traffic AB has been held in Jönköping
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) re-elected Peter Svensson, Anders Norling, Jeanette Jakobsson, Ingemar Skogö and Claes Ödman, Gunnar Jardelöw and Torbjörn Sandberg as members of the Board of Directors. PwC with public authorised accountant Martin Odqvist was also re-elected as auditor of Sensys up to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in 2014.
