Sensys receives order from Finland worth SEK 9 million

SENSYS Traffic AB, a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, has received today an order from the Finnish Transport Agency regarding systems for the monitoring of train pantographs. The order is worth SEK 9m and implies a substantial expansion of the monitoring of pantographs within the Finnish rail network.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sensys Traffic AB has been held in Jönköping

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) re-elected Ingemar Skogö, Claes Ödman, Torbjörn Sandberg and Gunnar Jardelöv, and elected Karin Ahl and Helena Nordman-Knutson as members of the Board of Directors. Gunnar Jardelöv was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. PwC with public authorised accountant Martin Odqvist was also elected as auditor of Sensys up to the AGM to be held in 2015.

SENSYS Traffic AB has received orders from Sensys America worth SEK 2.1m for red-light and speed enforcement systems.

SENSYS Traffic AB has received orders worth SEK 1.7 million regarding equipment for speed and red-light enforcement from two customers in the Middle East.

Sensys receives sub-orders from the Swedish Transport Administration worth SEK 85 million

SENSYS Traffic AB has received sub-orders worth SEK 85 million from the Swedish Transport Administration regarding deliveries to the Swedish ATC system. The orders indicate that the Swedish Transport Administration intends to expand the ATC system, which implies a greater business volume than first anticipated for Sensys in the forthcoming years.

SENSYS Traffic AB has received an order from Jordan worth SEK 5m for speed and red-light enforcement systems.

Change in number of shares and votes

Further to the share warrants series 2012/2013:B (TO4) in Sensys Traffic AB (publ), which was completed with a subscription period from 1 October to 31 October 2013 and registered in November 2013, the total number of shares and votes now amounts to 541,234,314.
