Sensys Gatso Group, a global leader in traffic safety solutions, has received orders from the United Kingdom (UK) worth EUR 845,000 (SEK 8,4 million).

Sensys Traffic AB (publ) (”Sensys Traffic”) has today completed the acquisition of Gatso Beheer B.V. (”Gatso”).

An extraordinary board meeting of Sensys Traffic AB (publ) was held at 11:00 on 24 July 2015 in Jönköping. Below is a summary of the resolutions passed at the meeting, where all resolutions were made unanimously. As set out in the notice to the extraordinary general meeting in SENSYS Traffic AB (publ) (“Sensys Traffic” or the “Company”) to be held on Friday, 24 July 2015, it is proposed that an additional director is elected to the board of directors of Sensys Traffic as a result of Sensys Traffic’s acquisition of Gatso Beheer B.V. (“Gatso Beheer”).

SENSYS Traffic AB, a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, entered an agreement to acquire GATSO Beheer B.V., leading provider of traffic enforcement solutions, on the 22nd of June 2015. GATSO has received an order worth EUR 17,5 million for the delivery of mobile speed enforcement systems.
