JULY–SEPTEMBER 2014
-Net sales for the quarter amounted to SEK 43.0m, compared with SEK 3.3m
in the same period last year
-Order intake totalled SEK 21.8m (119.0)
-Operating income amounted to SEK 12.5m (-6.6), corresponding to an operating margin of 28.9 percent (Neg)
-Profit after tax for the quarter was SEK 9.7m (-6.7)
-Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.02 (-0.01)
-Cash flow from operating activities totalled SEK 8.6m (5.7)

JANUARY–SEPTEMBER 2014
-Net sales amounted to SEK 101.8m, compared with SEK 30.3m in the same period
last year
-Order intake totalled SEK 50.3m (140.1)
-Operating income amounted to SEK 14.1m (-14.4), corresponding to an operating margin of 13.9 percent (Neg)
-Profit after tax for the period was SEK 11.0m (-14.5)
-Earnings per share before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.02 (-0.03)
-Cash flow from operating activities totalled SEK 16.1m (1.5)

Sensys receives 10 MSEK supplementary order from Sweden

SENSYS Traffic AB, a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, today received a supplementary order from the Swedish Transport Administration for speed enforcement. The order, worth 10 MSEK, is for an expansion of the previously supplied on-request order for the Swedish ATK system for automatic speed safety enforcement.

Sensys receives order from Finland worth SEK 9 million

SENSYS Traffic AB, a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, has received today an order from the Finnish Transport Agency regarding systems for the monitoring of train pantographs. The order is worth SEK 9m and implies a substantial expansion of the monitoring of pantographs within the Finnish rail network.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sensys Traffic AB has been held in Jönköping

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) re-elected Ingemar Skogö, Claes Ödman, Torbjörn Sandberg and Gunnar Jardelöv, and elected Karin Ahl and Helena Nordman-Knutson as members of the Board of Directors. Gunnar Jardelöv was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. PwC with public authorised accountant Martin Odqvist was also elected as auditor of Sensys up to the AGM to be held in 2015.
