SENSYS Traffic AB, a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, entered an agreement to acquire GATSO Beheer B.V., leading provider of traffic enforcement solutions, on the 22nd of June 2015. GATSO has received another order of EUR 750.000 for the delivery of in-vehicle speed enforcement systems in France.

Gatso has now received an order worth EUR 740,000 for traffic safety systems and back office consulting in the Middle East.

SENSYS Traffic AB (publ) (“Sensys Traffic”), a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Dutch company Gatso Beheer B.V. (“Gatso”) for a total consideration of approximately MSEK 278.

SENSYS Traffic AB, a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, has received an order for traffic safety systems from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, worth SEK 7 million.

SENSYS Traffic AB, a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, has received an order for traffic safety systems worth SEK 10m from the United Arab Emirates.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) re-elected Ingemar Skogö, Claes Ödman, Gunnar Jardelöv, Karin Ahl and Helena Nordman-Knutson as members of the Board of Directors. Former member of the Board of Directors Torbjörn Sandberg resigned to instead go in as CEO for the company. Gunnar Jardelöv was re-elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and Clas Ödman was elected as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. PwC with public authorised accountant Martin Odqvist was also elected as auditor of Sensys up to the AGM to be held in 2016.
