Sensys wins order from Swedish Transport Administration worth SEK 2m

15-01-2015

SENSYS Traffic AB, a global supplier of traffic safety solutions, has received an order for installation material for the Swedish ATC system (automatic traffic safety control).

The order, which is worth SEK 2m, comprises material for new installations of ATC stations in Sweden for 2015. In November 2014, Sensys won an order from the Swedish Transport Administration worth SEK 93m. To be able to effectively install the new ATC systems included in this order, the Swedish Transport Administration has now placed an additional order worth SEK 2m for installation material for the systems.

Sensys is an end-to-end supplier to the Swedish Transport Administration of measurement systems, measurement cabinets and servicing of the Swedish ATC system. The Swedish Transport Administration aims to replace the existing ATC systems (speed cameras) and at the same time significantly expand the national network of ATC stations in order to achieve the traffic safety objectives stipulated in the national transport plan. Sensys has supplied cabinets, systems and servicing for a total value of SEK 136m since the two contracts with the Swedish Transport Administration were signed in July 2013.
