Sensys receives order from the United States worth SEK 3.8 million

21-10-2013

SENSYS Traffic AB has received an order from Sensys America worth SEK 3.8 million for speed and red-light enforcement systems with delivery to Washington DC.

The order is the third sub-order from Sensys America for deliveries to Washington DC, where Sensys America signed a framework agreement in 2012. The agreement embraces systems for both speed and red-light enforcement for a three-year period, with an option to extend up to five years.

"Washington DC is continuing its investment in greater traffic safety, where traffic-safety cameras are an excellent tool. The United States has become Sensys Traffic's largest market in 2013, and could be one of our most important markets in the future," says Johan Frilund, CEO of Sensys Traffic AB.
